2. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of our public website at lenziq.co.uk and any related public webpages operated by us.
By using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
These terms do not govern use of the LenzIQ software platform, customer portal, partner portal, APIs, integrations or any paid product or service.
Those services are governed by the relevant commercial agreement and, where applicable, the LenzIQ End User Terms.
Where there is any conflict between these website terms and a separately signed commercial agreement relating to the LenzIQ platform or paid services, the commercial agreement will prevail in relation to those services.
3. About LenzIQ
LenzIQ provides software for managing, monitoring and supporting CCTV towers and remote and multi-site video security deployments.
Our software may include functions relating to fleet and unit management, device health, video, alerts and events, customer access, reporting, incident management, integrations and related operational services.
Unless expressly included in an applicable Order Form or other written agreement, LenzIQ does not provide:
- CCTV tower hardware;
- installation services;
- guarding services;
- alarm receiving centre services;
- emergency or physical response services;
- telecommunications or mobile connectivity services; or
- site security services.
These services may be provided by the customer, a channel partner or another third-party supplier.
4. Business-to-business website
This website is intended principally for business users.
It is not intended to create a consumer contract or to provide services for personal, household or domestic purposes.
You must not use the website:
- unlawfully;
- fraudulently;
- to introduce malicious software;
- to interfere with the website or another user’s access;
- to attempt unauthorised access to systems or data; or
- in a way that could damage, disable, overload or impair our systems.

It is not legal, technical, security, operational, insurance or other professional advice.

LenzIQ software is designed to assist businesses in managing and obtaining visibility of CCTV towers and related security equipment.
It does not replace appropriately designed security systems, monitoring arrangements, guarding, alarm receiving centre services, emergency response arrangements or appropriate business-continuity procedures.
We do not guarantee that use of our website, software, information or services will prevent or identify:
- theft;
- trespass;
- vandalism;
- unauthorised access;
- injury;
- equipment failure;
- loss;
- security incidents; or
- compliance failures.
Security systems, communications networks, internet services, APIs and connected equipment can fail, become unavailable or produce delayed, missed or false events.
Security outcomes depend on factors outside LenzIQ’s control, including equipment selection, installation, site conditions, connectivity, monitoring procedures, response arrangements, third-party services, configuration and human decision-making.
7. Enquiries, demos and trials
You may use the website to contact us, request information, request a demonstration or discuss a potential trial.
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a demonstration does not create a contract between you and LenzIQ.
Any quotation, Order Form, subscription, trial, proof of concept, platform access, partner arrangement, integration or other commercial engagement is subject to the applicable LenzIQ commercial terms.
Trial, beta, preview and evaluation functionality may be subject to additional limitations and may be modified or withdrawn.
8. Platform and restricted access
LenzIQ may provide links to, or access to:
- the LenzIQ software platform;
- customer or partner portals;
- documentation;
- support resources; or
- other restricted services
through this website.
Access to those services may be governed by:
- a Manufacturer Platform & Channel Agreement;
- a Tower Operator Platform Agreement;
- another applicable commercial agreement;
- the LenzIQ End User Terms; and/or
- appropriate user permissions and security requirements.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal, contractual or operational reasons.
9. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the website and its content belong to LenzIQ or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
This includes:
- text;
- graphics;
- photographs;
- logos;
- icons;
- website design;
- documents;
- videos;
- downloads;
- software;
- diagrams; and
- other materials.
“LenzIQ” and associated LenzIQ branding, trade names and logos are owned by or licensed to LenzIQ Technologies Limited.
You may view and download publicly available materials for legitimate internal business evaluation.
Unless we have given prior written permission, you must not:
- reproduce or commercially exploit our website content;
- modify, rebrand or republish it as your own;

12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

Subject to that, LenzIQ is not liable in connection with use of this public website for:
- loss of profits, revenue, contracts or anticipated savings;

- loss of business opportunity;
- indirect or consequential loss;
- losses arising from reliance on general website content;
- losses caused by third-party hardware, software, connectivity, cloud services, APIs or suppliers; or
- losses arising from a security incident or site incident.
The website is provided free of charge.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LenzIQ’s aggregate liability arising solely from your use of the public website is limited to £100.
This £100 limit does not apply to paid LenzIQ software or services, which are governed by the liability provisions in the applicable commercial agreement.

Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal data where LenzIQ acts as a controller.
Our website may also use cookies or similar technologies as described in that notice and any cookie settings made available through the website.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time.
The version shown on this page will apply from its stated effective date.
Material changes affecting existing paid services will not override a separately signed commercial agreement unless agreed in accordance with that agreement.

These terms and any non-contractual dispute relating to them are governed by the law of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
